Album Reissue - Kraftwerk, Trans Europe Express (2009 Digital Remaster)

I ummed-and-arred about what reissue album to review today, but in the end went for Kraftwerk, Trans Europe Express (2009 Digital Remaster):

I'll be honest when I say that I had not listened to a great deal of Kraftwerk before launching into this album today on spotify. But, I was quickly hooked - there is some catchy stuff on here, as well as some nicely ambient chill-out tunes.

Does this mean I'm letting Kraftwerk into my life? Not sure yet - might set up a playlist on spotify of all of the Kraftwerk stuff, and see. Certainly, with so many albums being reissed at the same time (8 albums), it would be worth putting them in a playlist to sample the highs and lows of their career-to-date.

Album: Call Off The Search

There isn't a great deal to this. I might have been put off by the question I can hear you asking - why do I have the album on my iTunes if I'm going to need constant impressing. I refer you back to yesterday's inital comment:

"My name is Menace2Music, and I'm a Musicholic............

Tough to admit, it is. Three iPods, almost 1,500 CDs in my collection. Still buying, despite being unemployed. Damn, I love music that much!"

I'll listen to anything, and have been known (all too often, embarrassingly) to buy stuff that I never, EVER, listen to!?!

Further to there being not much to this, it isn't available on spotify either - well, spotify just gets better and better!!!!!!!!!!!!
